Training of Human Resources

In order to ensure an effective mechanism to support the use of open source software in the public sector, the Ministry of Communication Technologies aims to achieve annually various actions for the training of technical and administrative staff in various public agencies.

Training in Administration and Development:

 

These trainings target technical IT personnel cover various aspects:

 

 

1-The training in system and network that primarily affect staff in charge of system administration and network management. These courses cover various topics such as:

  • System administration, Network and Security under Linux,
  • Mail servers, file sharing,
  • Linux LPIC  or other certifications,

2-The training in development and management applications that concern primarily the staff responsible for daily management of websites and other national and regional applications.
These  courses cover various topics such as: 

  • Management of an open source database,
  • Administrating an open source CMS,
  • Web-oriented Development,
  • Development under a Java environment,

Training in Office Tools:

 

The non-technical courses aimed at training non-specialists and cover cycles of learning tools available in the field of the office automation,Internet access,and e- mail.
