The Ministry of Communication Technologies organised the 5th edition of the annual Conference on Open Source Software on December 15th 2009 at the Karthago Le Palace Hotel in Gammarth, Tunisia.
The theme of this year is: « Fostering  Innovation and Growth with Open Source Software».
