Project "ICT-SMEs Competitiveness" for the benefit of businesses Cyberparc

Project ICTs for enhancing SMEs Competitiveness for the Benefit of enterprises on the Cyberparks.
The project consists in providing  production and management open source software (installation, training and support services) for the benefit of certain enterprises located in the regional cyberparks one enterprise  per Cyberpark.

The missions covered by this project concern:

1. The identification of the needs through a survey conducted among all enterprises on the Cyberparks

2. Selection of software tools for management and production of open source, and the adaptation of these tools in a Tunisian context

3. The setting up of (installation, configuration, setup, testing) the  software tools used in companies benefiting of the project

4. The possible migration of company data in order to use with the tools in place

5. Leadership, support, and training on the use of the tools installed to the recipient companies

6. The setting up of a service for the beneficiary enterprises in coaching staff on the new software
